The Prema-Wrap:tm: for twins with adjustable halter straps is made from a soft, lightweight and stretchy 94% cotton / 6% spandex jersey (certified Oeko-tex) for additional comfort for mum and baby - and is flexible enough that baby can move and latch onto the breast. The side and centre seam are reinforced with elastic shirring to prevent baby from slipping sideways and follows the shape of the baby without unnecessary pressure. An inner support to the bottom and lower back prevents baby from slipping down. It is "hands-free" in a reclined or sitting position.

The adjustable halter straps provide adjustable support for baby's head and can be untied if preferred for easy breastfeeding. Not hands free when standing/moving, you must put a hand on each baby for protection and support.
